Under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller named below informs you how the personal data processed in DecisionMind are handled. The Privacy Policy describes the same processing in more detail.

2. Personal data processed and purposes
Identity and contact data (name, e-mail address) to open and run your account and to send sign-in codes and service messages; the content you work with (datasets, analysis settings, results, reports, assistant messages) to provide the analysis service; transaction security data (IP address, session and log records) to keep the service secure; plan information read from the DecisionMind platform to apply your plan's limits; and, after an account is deleted, a one-way hash of the e-mail address with the number of free analyses used, to prevent the free plan from being claimed again.
3. Legal grounds and method of collection
The data are collected electronically, through the website, the sign-in and the forms you fill in, and processed on the grounds in Article 5(2) of KVKK: the processing is necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract (c), for compliance with a legal obligation (ç), and for the legitimate interests of the controller, such as security and the prevention of abuse of the free plan, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f).
4. Recipients and transfers abroad
The data are shared, to the extent the purpose requires, with the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy (hosting, e-mail delivery, language-model providers for the assistant, error monitoring, DNS), with the DecisionMind platform that manages plans and payments, and with public authorities where the law requires it. Some providers, in particular the language-model providers, process data outside Türkiye; these transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.
5. Retention
Account data and the content you create are kept while the account exists and erased when you delete it. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept for the period the law sets. The hashed identifier of a deleted account is kept for as long as the free plan exists.
6. Your rights under Article 11
You may ask whether your personal data are processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom they are transferred; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected and for data to be erased or destroyed under Article 7, and for these steps to be notified to the recipients; object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
Send your request in writing to the registered address above or by e-mail to [email protected], in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. You can also exercise most of these rights yourself on the Data & Privacy page of your account.
