The right address depends on what you are asking

We keep three channels. Send your question to the one that fits and it lands with the person who already knows the answer.

Three ways in

Product support

An analysis will not run, an account or billing problem, a result you did not expect. Send a screenshot and the run id if you have one.

[email protected]

Method and manifest questions

An assumption behind a method, a manifest block, a source reference or a research collaboration. Answered by the person who wrote the method.

[email protected]

Plans and institutional use

Plans, payments, invoices and licences for several users are handled on the DecisionMind platform. Its form takes requests from institutions.
